Information we may collect
We may receive your name, contact details, information included in an enquiry or application, event-booking details and correspondence with us. Ministry applications may include sensitive personal information that you choose to provide so that we can consider and prepare for your request.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and administer ministry applications, appointments and events.
- To provide requested resources and deal with purchase enquiries.
- To maintain appropriate administrative, safeguarding and financial records.
- To meet legal obligations and protect the rights, safety and wellbeing of those involved.
Depending on the circumstances, we rely on your consent, steps connected with a request or agreement, legitimate interests in administering the ministry, and legal obligations. Where sensitive information is involved, we will use an appropriate additional legal condition.
Sharing and payment services
We share information only where necessary with people supporting the relevant ministry or administration, with service providers acting on our behalf, or where required by law. Payments made through PayPal or Amazon are handled under those providers’ own privacy arrangements; we do not receive your complete payment-card details.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including any safeguarding, legal, accounting or reporting requirements. We take reasonable steps to restrict access and protect the information we hold.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or transfer, or withdraw consent. Contact us using the address above. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
